Flax Seeds and Cranberries Flat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 3 c flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp flax seeds

Instructions

  • Bloom yeast in sugary water for 5 mins
  • Mix dry, pour in yeast mixture, knead
  • Cover and let rest 20 mins
  • Add in 1/2 c additional flour, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence and 1/4 c almond meal, knead
  • Divide into portions, roll flat
  • Grease teflon with a little olive oil, fry flat bread 2 mins, covered, flip and fry for another 2 mins
