Bloom yeast in sugary water for 5 mins
Mix dry, pour in yeast mixture, knead
Cover and let rest 20 mins
Add in 1/2 c additional flour, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence and 1/4 c almond meal, knead
Divide into portions, roll flat
Grease teflon with a little olive oil, fry flat bread 2 mins, covered, flip and fry for another 2 mins
