- Fermented cassava
- Nata de coco
- Cincau black grass jelly
- Sweet ripe jackfruit
- Toddy palm fruit
- Coconut sweetened condensed milk
- Rambutan/Lechi
- Cocopandan syrup
- Shaved ice
Instructions
- Slice or cube everything, place in a bowl.
- Pour some syrup and top with shaved ice
- Serve, and if you like, drizzle with sweetened condensed milk
