Ingredients

  • 4-5 pieces of tape singkong per serving

Sugar Syrup

  • 1 c dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 c water

Coconut Milk

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 1/2 can of water
  • a generous pinch of salt
  • pandan leaf knotted

Instructions

  • In a pot, mix water and sugars, bring to boil for 5-8 minutes, on medium eat. Cool to room temperature
  • In a clean pot, pour coconut milk, water, and add salt plus kontted pandan leaf. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, cool to room temperature
  • In a serving bowl or jug, place 4-5 pieces of tape singkong, pour in some sugar syrup, then coconut milk
  • Top with ice cubes
