honeydew and basil seeds cold drink

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp basil seeds
- Less than 1/4 c water
- 1/3 c grated honeydew
- Syrup as needed can be homemade or store bought - I use Indonesian cocopandan syrup
- Ice cubes
- Enough water
- Large straw
Instructions
- Bloom basil seeds in water
- Once bloomed, spoon into a glass
- Add in grated honeydew and pour in syrup plus enough cold water
- Add some ice cubes, if needed, stir and enjoy
