can crabmeat

garlic and 1 small onion
thinly sliced
Hungarian Vegeta seasonings
to taste
tomato sauce
green onion
very thinly sliced
sugar to taste
Sauce
1
medium onion
chopped/minced
vinegar
garlic powder
to taste
water

carrot
shredded
vegetable oil

potato
shredded
Instructions
Mix well beaten eggs with crabmeat, Vegeta seasoning, green onion, onion, garlic powder.
Heat vegetable oil, make 2 thick omelets, set aside.
Sauce
Heat vegetable oil, saute garlic, onion, ginger. Add in shredded potato and carrot, mix well. Cook until tender.
Add in tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, water, as needed. Mix well. This
should form somewhat thick but still runny sweet and sour sauce.
