Egg Cucumber Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1-2 mini cucumbers
- 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp low fat sour cream
- 1/2 tbsp garlic dill sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A drop or two lemon juice or to taste
- Sandwich bread slices 8
Instructions
- Grate the eggs and mix with everything else
- Adjust flavor to your liking
- Spread on bread, make sandwiches
