Mix 20 dkg of margarine with 20 dkg of powdered sugar for the dough, then add the eggs and vanilla sugar.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture. Place half in a greased, floured (or parchment paper-lined) baking tray, mix the cocoa into the rest and carefully smooth it over the previous mass.
Top with cherries and bake in a medium temperature oven.
For the cream, boil the milk with the pudding powder and 8 tablespoons of powdered sugar. When it has cooled, stir in the remaining margarine. Remove the dough from the pan and, when it has cooled, spread the cream on it. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top and refrigerate.
