Double Chocolate Snack Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 c strong baker’s flour
  • 1 c dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp BSoda
  • A generous pinch of salt
  • 1 c of water
  • 1/3 c sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix dry ingredients with spatula. Make a well in center. Pour in wet ingredients, and mix with electric mixer to combine smoothly.
  • Line a parchment paper on 8×8 square pan, and spread batter evenly.
  • Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F and bake cake for 35 mins depending on your oven. My big oven normally I’d bake it to 35 mind, while my table top oven 33 mins.
