Wet Ingredients

ripe banana
1/2
ripe avocado
1/4
c
soy milk
1 1/2
tsp
vanilla essence

tbsp
vegetable oil

tsp
apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Mix dry in a bowl
Mix wet in a separate bowl
Combine both and mix in 1/4 c vegan chocolate chips
Pour batter in muffins tray, sprinkle with more choc chips
Bake for 25-30 minutes on preheated 350 F
Cool on rack
