Double Chocolate Avocado Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 c flour
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp BP
  • 1/4 tsp BSoda

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 c soy milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix dry in a bowl
  • Mix wet in a separate bowl
  • Combine both and mix in 1/4 c vegan chocolate chips
  • Pour batter in muffins tray, sprinkle with more choc chips
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes on preheated 350 F
  • Cool on rack
