Run through spices (cloves, nutmeg, black cardamom, star anise) ingredients in a food processor and sift
Heat oil, saute spices, turmeric, cinnamon stick, coriander, cumin, garlic, onion powder
Stir in Cauliflower and potatoes
Pour in soybean water
Cook for 5 minutes, covered
Pour in coconut milk and chickpeas
Season with salt and sugar
Cook until potatoes tender
