Crockpot Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 can lentils 400 ml
  • 1 can tomato paste 400 ml
  • 500 g lean ground beef brown
  • 1 onion
  • 3 bouillon cubes beef
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4-5 cans of water using the 400 ml size can
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin or fennel seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Drain beef from fat.
  • Place all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on high for 4 h
