Creamy Soup and Ham

A pinch or two each of dried marjoram
oregano, taragon, basil, rosemary, fennel seeds
Hungarian Vegeta powder to taste

thick coconut milk

mushroom broth/veggie broth/pho broth

baby carrots

Vegan ham
cubed/diced
Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Heat oil saute leeks for 5 mins
Stir in garlic
Add in the rest, being to boil
Lower heat to simmer for 30 mins
Blender until creamy
Serve with Ham and pepper
