Cokelat Puding

Spiced Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch agar-agar powder 7g
  • 2 tbsp Ovaltine chocolate malt drink powder
  • 300 ml milk
  • 600 ml water
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • All spice powder to taste
  • A small pinch of cayenne powder
  • A small pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Icing sugar

Instructions

  • In a pot, mix Ovaltine, milk, water, and sugar
  • Mix in agar-agar powder as well spices
  • Bring to fully boil for 1 minute
  • Pour mixture into a mold that’s been rinsed with cold water
  • Cool to room temperature before chilling in the fridge
  • Unmold jelly, slice and serve either as is or with super simple sauce
  • To make the sauce, just mix in enough icing sugar in enough heavy whipping cream, then pour on top of jelly.
