Coffee Mocha Cookies

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c AP flour
- 3/4 c icing sugar
- 3 yolks
- 1 lbs unsalted butter
- 1 tsp mocha flavoring paste more for stronger coffee flavor
- 100 s and 1000s sprinkles/non-parails
Instructions
- Cream butter, then cream in icing sugar
- Beat in yolks, 1 at a time
- Beat in 1 tsp Mexican vanilla blend (this is optional)
- Fold in flour a little at a time, mix until completely combined
- Divide into 4
- Add in mocha flavoring (I might have said seasoning on the vlog hahahahah)
- Scoop and roll onto non pareils
- Flatten and bake for 10 mins on 350 F
