Ingredients
- 1/2 c mashed steamed pumpkins
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp BP
- 1/2 tsp BSoda
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Mix dry, mix wet
- Mix dry to wet, add in peppermint MnMs
- Drop by cookie scoop
- Bake on 350 F convection oven, 15 mins
- Cool on rack
