Mix wet ingredients and mash in bananas
Mix dry ingredients, then add in 2 handful walnut, crushed
Mix wet into dry and pour into greased loaf pan
Bake loaf on preheated 350 F convection oven for 55 mins
Cool on rack then pour ganache on top
You can use any kinds of chocolates for ganache, but I use 170 g bittersweet DF chocolate, soaked in 150 ml hot boiling water, mix to melt and let stand until desired thickness before pouring
