Instructions
Dough
Bloom yeast in water with sugar
Mix dry, add in yeast, knead, rest
Filling
Mix everything
Roll flat dough, spread filling, sprinkle with sugar, roll, slice, braid, let rest
Topping
Mix everything
Babka
Brush babka with nut milk, sprinkle with streusel
Bake preheated 350 F 30-40 mins
Cool on rack
