Choc Muffins with Toffee Bits

strong baker's enriched flour

cocoa powder

sugar

BP

BSoda
A pinch of fine sea salt
2
eggs
1/4
c
sour cream
1/3
c
hot boiling water
1/4
c
extra virgin olive oil
2
handful semi sweet chocolate chips
Toffee bits
Instructions
In a bowl, beat eggs in a bowl with a fork
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Whisk in sour cream, followed with egg, hot water and oil
Do not overmix
Fold in choc chips
Pour batter into muffin cups, top with toffee bits
Bake on preheated 350 F
