Chili Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 700-800 g lean ground beef
  • 1/2 large onion diced
  • 5 garlic sliced
  • 2 large red potatoes cubed
  • 4 carrots sliced
  • 1 can tomato paste 369ml
  • 1 L water
  • 1/4 c + 2 tbsp hickory BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp celery salt more or less
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 can 6 mixed beans 546ml, drain and rinse
  • 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder more or less
  • Spaghetti cook according to the package

Instructions

  • Brown beef then stir in diced and sliced onion and garlic, cook til soften
  • Add in cubed and sliced potatoes and carrots
  • Stir for 2 mins, then pour in water followed with tomato paste. Bring back to boil
  • Season with celery salt, cumin and cayenne
  • Add in beans, adjust flavoring with chicken bouillon powder and more celery salt if needed
  • Place cooked spaghetti on serving plates, top with chili, and serve immediately
