Chickpeas and Tofu

Ingredients

can of chickpeas in brine
drain
1
block of firm Tofu
cubed
1/2
c
water
3-4
tbsp
sweet soy sauce
kecap manis
2
garlic
sliced
1/2
of a small onion
sliced
1-2
bird eye chilies
sliced
1
tbsp
olive oil
Instructions
Heat oil, saute onion garlic and chilies on medium heat
Add in cubed Tofu, stir, cook for 5 mins
Stir in chickpeas, cook for 5 mins
Add in water and sweet soy sauce
Adjust flavor (if you need salt)
Lower heat to low and cook for another 10 mins
