frozen rhubarb
give a quick rinse

non dairy Choc chips

banana
mashed

flax ground

black bean aquafaba

Instructions
In a bowl, mix mashed banana, sugar, aquafaba, flaxseed, and oil
Add in flour, BP, BSoda, stir a bit
Add in carrot, spinach, rhubarb and choc chips
Preheat oven 350 f
Bake for 25 mins
Cool on rack
