Indonesian veggie stir fry

Ingredients

  • 8 garlic
  • 1 bag green beans
  • 1/4 of a large cabbage
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 large red potatoes
  • 500 g lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 c water
  • Chicken bouillon powder white pepper powder, mushroom granules, chives, to taste

Instructions

  • Dice or chop garlic, set to side
  • Slice thinly cabbage, potato, green beans, and carrots, soak to rinse
  • Brown ground beef then stir in diced or chopped garlic, cook for a minute or two
  • Add in veggies, lower heat, cover, and cook til softened, stirring now and then
  • Meanwhile, dilute cornstarch in water
  • Season stir fry and lastly pour in cornstarch stir, and cook for another 5 mins
  • Serve immediately with warm rice.
