Ingredients

c
rice
rinse and drain, then cook in rice cooker
A bunch of cilantro

green onion

basil leaves

olive oil

of a large onion
thinly slices

garlic
thinly sliced

orange bell pepper
diced

can corn
drain
1
can black bean
drain, don't rinse
Vegeta powder to taste
Generous pinches of cumin
Habanero hot sauce to taste

tsp
cayenne powder
Guacamole
1/2
of medium onion
diced

garlic
minced
1
medium size tomato
chopped
1
heaping tbsp chopped cilantro

avocado
Salt and lime/lemon juice to taste
Instructions
Chop and wash cilantro, basil, green onion
Heat oil, saute onion, garlic, bell pepper
Stir in the rest of ingredients
In a large bowl, mix cooked rice with greens, sprinkle with Vegeta to taste and 4-5 tbsp lime juice
Mix in cooked beans
Serve with sour cream and mild taco sauce, wrapped in tortilla or as shown, on a plate ?
Guacamole
Kinda mash avocado (we like it chunky in this house) and mix with the rest

Salsa is store bought and so is the fried/roasted soybeans
