Soak soy curls in enough hot boiling water, 5 mins, drain, squeeze
Fry cubed potatoes, set aside
Caramelize sliced onion, set aside
Mix marinade in a bowl, stir in soy curls, add in sesame oil, and stir more to combine well
Bulgogi
Heat oil, brown marinated soy curls
Add in 2 yellow paprika (cut strips), followed with fried potatoes and caramelized onion
Sprinkle a little white pepper powder, cook covered 5 minutes
Serve bulgogi on buns!
