Place washed chicken wings and thighs on a shallow baking pan covered with aluminum foil, sprinkle with garlic, pepper, and seasonings; bake for 15-20 minutes
Mix the rest of the ingredients, take chickens out of the oven, brush with mixture, put them back into the oven, cook for another 15 minutes, take them out once again, brush with left over mixture, and cook for another 25-30 minutes.
