Boil until sugars are dissolved
set aside
Porridge

can coconut milk
400 ml

rice flour
about 80 g

screwpine leaf
tied in knot

salt
you want your porridge to taste a little salty
Instructions
Syrup
Boil until sugars are dissolved, set aside
Porridge
Dissolve flour in 3-4 tbsp water, set aside
Bring milk, screwpine leaf, salt to boil
Pour rice flour mixture, boil til thickened, stirring continuously
Serve porridge with the syrup!
