Brown Sugar Double Chocolate Chips Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2.5 c strong baker’s flour
  • 1 tsp BSoda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 c sunflower oil
  • 1.5 c dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp maple essence
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c mini choc chips
  • 1 c white choc chips

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  • On a separate bowl, cream oil, essences, and sugar, then crack in 2 eggs, 1 egg at a time
  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, also adding choc chips
  • Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet
  • Bake for 8-10 mins, remove cookies right away from sheet to cooling rack
