Breakfast For Champion
Simple, easy, and yet super packed with good calories.

- Enough bacon or you can use turkey and/or chicken bacon I think about 4-6 slices; fry until crispy, crumbles
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups grated yellow cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 3-4 eggs
- 1/2 - 1 box frozen chopped spinach; defroze twist to strain the water
- salt pepper, dill, dry mustard, Hungarian Vegeta seasoning (omit if you don't have it); to taste
Preheat oven 350 f
Grease quiche/pie pan with margarine/butter, lightly
Sprinkle grated cheese covering the bottom and sides of the pan
Top with crumbled fried bacon followed with spinach
Using mixer, combine heavy cream, water, eggs and seasoning; pour mixture onto pie pan
Bake for at least 30 minutes
