Breakfast Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas mashed with fork
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp each BPowder and BSoda
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 c Dutch cocoa powder
  • 1/4 c DF chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350 F
  • Mix wet ingredients
  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Combine and stir in chocolate chips
  • Line muffin pan with paper liner and fill each with batter
  • Bake for 20-24 mins (depending your oven) , until cake tester comes out clean
