Heat margarine, saute apple til soften, stir in sugar/sweetener. Set aside, reserve 1 tbsp.
Mix flour, BP, make a well in center, pour in milk and melted margarine. Knead to combine the roll flat on floured surface.
Slice dough into 8 squares
Spoon apple filling in center (and cocoa mixture, if using) and brush edges with a little margarine, fold into triangles
Place pastry on baking pan
Bake pastry on 400 F for 25 minutes
Cool on rack, serve with chocolate apple sauce
