Bolu Kukus Semangka

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • A pinch of sat
  • 1 tsp each BP and Bsoda
  • 150-180 ml full fat coconut milk or other df free
  • 80 l vegetable oil
  • Flavoring of your choice
  • Dark chocolate sprinkles and chia seeds

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Mix flavoring into milk
  • Pour milk alternating with oil, a little at a time, into flour mixture, mix to combine
  • Divide batter into 3 bowls, stir in vegan red and green food coloring into the first two bowls, let the third as is (red batter should be plenty compares to the green and white batter)
  • Preheat steamer
  • Pour red batter into cupcake liner, add sprinkle
  • Top with a little white batter followed with green
  • Steam for 20 mins
