Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy
Pour in melted butter, mix again
Dump in dry ingredients, mix again
Pour in water, mix again
Take out 1/2 c of batter, mix with a drop of pandan paste
Add in meat into the mixer bowl, mix again
Pour batter into prepared individual cups lined with cupcake wrappers
Preheat steamer on medium heat
Top batter with the green batter
Steam for 20-25 mins, not forgetting to wrap the steamer lid with clean towel so water dont drip on the cake!
