Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. margarine 4 Tbsp.
  • 1 c. very ripe bananas 3 bananas
  • nuts optional
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients. Grease bottom of 1 bread loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees till pick tests done, about an hour. Turn out while hot. Wrap in wax paper.
