Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3-4 very ripe bananas mash
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 1 c coconut palm sugar you can use regular or brown, I just wanted to use the coconut palm sugar I have at home
- 2 c AP flour
- 1 tsp each BP Bsoda
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 F
- Mix dry ingredients, set aside
- Beat eggs with sugar
- Add in mashed bananas, mix
- Add in oil and essence, mix
- Add in flour mixture in 3 steps, mixing until just enough
- Bake for 1 H
