Banana and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • Mix 2 tbsp PB2 powder with 2 tbsp hazelnut meal and 2 tbsp icing sugar set aside
  • Melt 3/4 c vegan margarine
  • Mash 2 ripe bananas and add in 1 c coconut palm sugar 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp of hazelnut meal mixture, and 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • In a bowl mix 2 1/4 c flour, a pinch of Himalayan salt and 2 tsp of cornstarch. Mix in 1 c DF chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix dry, mix in wet, combine well
  • Drop by 2 ice cream scoops and flatten dough
  • Bake on preheated 350 F convection oven for 12 mins (soft middle, crunchy outside)
  • Cool on rack
