- 800 g ground beef
- A handful ice cubes
- 1 pouch agar2 powder
- 1/2 tbsp each garlic powder onion powder, dry parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp BP
For Boiling
- 2 L water seasoned with salt and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Process ingredients in Instant Pot blender until smooth
- Press mixture between thumb and point finger, forming a round shape, drop into boiling salted water
- Cook until floating
