Soften yeast in sugary lukewarm water, then pour mixture into breadmaker machine pot, followed with oil, flour, oatmeal, PB2 powder, and salt, if using
Chose cycle number 9, for dough, and it will take about 1.5 H until it’s ready, on my breadmaker.
Take out bloomed dough from the breadmaker, dump it on a clean surface, and divide into 60-90 grams portions.
Flatten each portion and spoon a tbsp raspberry jam on each, shape into rounds. Cover buns with clean towel, and let them rise again, for at least 20 minutes.
Preheat steamer, steam buns for 10 minutes. Take off steamer from heat, let stand for 10 minutes, then take out the buns.
