Baby Bokchoy and Turkey Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 bag baby bokchoy remove the end, slice, wash clean
- 300 g frozen ground turkey thawed (can use ground chicken or a mix of turkey and chicken)
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Maggi liquid seasoning
Instructions
- Heat oil, saute garlic. Stir in ground turkey and cook until white
- Stir in washed bokchoy, stir, cover pan with lid until bokchoy' softened
- Add 1/4 c water or more if needed or wanted
- Season with Maggi liquid seasoning
- Serve immediately
