Spread evenly the fresh lime juice and a bit of salt all over the chicken, leave it for 30 minutes.
Cut the chicken into 5-8 portions; wash clean then grill the chicken for about 15 minutes only.
Using a blender or mortar, mix well the "To Blend" ingredients.
Saute the blended ingredients until it produces nice scent,
then add tomato, water, salt, then the chicken. Cook until all ingredients absorbed into the chicken meat.
Grill chicken in the oven again until well done and turn to golden brown color. (150 C)
