Apple Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 kg apples
  • 3/4 c water

Instructions

  • Wash clean apples, peel the skin, discard the seeds - Place apples and water in a pot and bring to boil oh high heat, then simmer on medium heat for 20-25 mins, covered, stirring occasionally. - Mash cooked apple to sauce and store in the fridge (yum!)
