- 1 1/4 c water
- 2 tbsp butter/margarine df/regular
- Lemon juice see video - optional
- 3 1/4 c bread flour
- 1/4 c milk powder soy/coconut/regular skim/full fat
- 1/4 c sugar
- Apple pie spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 c active day yeast
- Diced apples soaked in lemon juice, sprinkled with apple pie spice
Instructions
- Place ingredients in the order given
- Choose number 8 on the bread maker, click start
- Once beeped (after 32 mins), add in apples
