Hungarian Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 40 dkg flour 400 grams
- 1 egg
- 15 dkg margarine 150 grams
- 2 dkg yeast 20 grams
- 1 tbsp sugar
- enough milk
Filling
- 1 kg apple grated
- sugar cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all and knead, let rest for 5-15 minutes then roll to two sheets
- Place 1 sheet on a greased baking pan, place filling, then top again with the other sheet. Poke holes with fork.
- Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes
