Agar-Agar Jeruk

Orange Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch of agar agar powder 7 g
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 300 ml orange juice with pulp
  • 600 ml water
  • 2 drops orange oil from Lorann

Instructions

  • Bring everything to a full boil for 1 minute, while stirring to combine until sugar and powder diluted nicely
  • Rinse a mold with cold water, quickly, then pour hot boiling mixture into the mold
  • Let cool to room temperature before chilling
  • It’s extra nice served chilled, however even without a fridge, jelly will firm up at room temperature after sometime, so no worries
