Made kiddies fluffy pancake for breaky, with hemps. While bb1 liked it, bb2 was still trying to decide lol
1 c of AP
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp hemps
1/4 c sugar
2 egg whites
1 tbsp sour cream
enough milk
olive oil for pan
a pinch of Bsoda
Mix all and make the pancake 😀

Ingredients
- 1 c of AP
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp hemps
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- enough milk
- olive oil for pan
- a pinch of BSoda
Instructions
- Mash banana
- Mix dry
- Mix in wet plus banana
- Brush olive oil on pan
- Make pancake
