Love making mug cake when I feel like something sweet in a jiff 😀
1 tbsp margarine/butter, melted
Add in 1 lemon, squeezed (or half of it)
Add in 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp icing sugar, 1/8 tsp bsoda, 1/8 tsp bpowder, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut either sweetened/unsweetened, mix well
Drop in some raisins
Microwave for 2 mins
