Fluffy Pancake

Pancake for work? 😛

1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsps baking powder
2 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps vegetable oil/melted butter
1/4 cup milk
water as needed
1 whole egg
pancake syrup, butter flavored

Mix all ingredients, add enough water and milk, batter should not be too thick, nor too liquidly.
Heat your pancake griddle or nonstick pan, pour enough batter, cook until golden brown, serve with syrup.
