Pancake

Good morning!

So what are you having for breakfast?

My lil bunny asked for pancake earlier and this is what came out of the kitchen  Needless to say he enjoyed ‘killing’ his cars as he said ‘am a car killer’ as he sliced those pancakes 

This is a quick recipe and yet it produces a fluffy pancake

1 lightly beaten egg
3/4 c flour
1 tsp bp
1/2 tsp bsoda
a dash of salt
3/4 c milk
1-2 tbsp cooking oil
and a large ripe banana, mashed

Mix all well and grill

Batter can be stored in the fridge for the next 1-2 days
