1 head of cauliflower, sliced/chopped
1 small onion
5 cloves garlic
1-2 tbsp corn oil
1/4 – 1/2 c flour
3 c chicken broth
2 c oil
1-3 tsp Worcester sauce
1 c grated cheese
Croutons/buns to serve
Boil cauliflower in salted water until tender, lower hear
Heat oil, saute onion and garlic, ad in flour, dry fry
Pour in broth, stir to thicken
Pour in milk, stir to thicken
Pour mixture into cooked cauliflower, stir well
Add in Worcester sauce, stir, adjust taste
Sprinkle with sauce to melt
Serve immediately with croutons
