My mother used to make awesome “crab” soup. It was actually using fish but you could not tell that it was fish based rather than crab. She was really known for this nice soup. She did not keep her recipe note down and in time, as her memory isn’t so good, she does not remember what she put in them. Sadly we were still growin up, did not care for recipes nor cooking at all. Now all of us regretted it 😛

4 cans of water (use the can of beef broth)
3 tsps ginger powder
6 cloves garlic, thinly slice

cooking oil as needed (about 1-2 tbsps)
1 corn, peel
4 green onions, thinly slice
1 big size lemon
Hungarian Vegeta seasoning (or other broth seasoning in cube)

Using your food processor, process chicken hearts and sea quest into thick paste; if there is chunks, no problems!
Heat cooking oil, saute your garlic, then add in fish sauce plus the ground black pepper; stir well.
Pour the beef broth, add in “crab” paste, stir well.
Pour in 2 cans of water, stir to boil.
Add in corn peel and another 2 cans of water, stir to boil again.
