My husband came up with the name because he said the cookies look alike Jabba The Hut. lol
Be honest with me, guys. Do they really look like Jabba? Hahahah
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 cup white sugar
1 cup salted margargine
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground clove
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup sultanas
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking pan
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg until well blended.
Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; stir into the butter mixture alternately with tablespoons of milk until the flour is fully incorporated.
Stir in sultanas.
Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared baking pan.
Press down lightly with a fork. If the fork is sticking, dip it in warm water.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
Place on a wire rack to cool completely.
